Tarot newly developed high precision PTZ Increase stability control system ZYX-GS, for servo drives PTZ and Tarot being developed servo motor drive head, compatible with all commercially available servo, supporting conventional receiver, S -BUS receiver, DSM2/DSMJ/DSMX receiver, providing free firmware upgrades. Through the Windows operating system-based PC software quickly and easily adjustable parameters, the debugging process is simple and easy.
ZYX-GS offers two modes Increase stability, angle lock mode and following (FPV) mode, allowing users to aerial application more flexible and convenient. ZYX-GS for the position and velocity servo steering (without potentiometer) designed a different control algorithms, the user can select the appropriate PTZ Servo control mode.
ZYX-GS Precision high performance PTZ Increase stability control system uses a high-standard three-axis MEMS gyroscope sensor and three-axis MEMS accelerometer, through advanced solver algorithm head posture posture angle, refresh rate up to 800Hz, can quickly accurate sensing head angle and optimized for aerial application of control algorithms for a variety of harsh climate and environment, providing good performance PTZ Increase stability.
ZYX-GS adopt separate sensor module and the control module design approach, allowing users to take the line easier.

The new high performance precision gimbal stabilization system ZYX-GS from Tarot provides dedicated independent gimbal control to efficiently and effectively stabilize your AP / AV shots and ideally matched to our new PTZ gimbal and other 3rd party gimbal providers. The ZYX-GS features 3 - axis stabilization, adjustable gains (PC), attitude locking and attitude following modes, 3-axis MEMS gyro and accelerometer, free firmware upgrade services. Offering a wide range of servo support and an unbeatable price point, Tarot hopes to continue its trend of supplying quality products to the Heli and Multi-rotor markets at the lowest possible price.
ZYX-GS provides two kinds of stabilization control mode, which are attitude locking mode and following (FPV) mode. These make the users' aerial filming applications more flexible and convenient. ZYX-GS has different control algorithms for position servos and velocity servos ( no potentiometer), this advantage allows people to choose suitable control mode according to their servo type.
The gimbal stabilization system ZYX-GS uses high specification 3-axis MEMS gyro sensor and 3-axis MEMS accelerometer sensor. The advanced attitude algorithm's updating rate is up to 800Hz, which can sense gimbal's attitude quickly and accurately. The control algorithm is optimized for aerial filming application, adapted to harsh climate, and provides steady performance for gimbals.
ZYX-GS is composed of sensor module and control module, which simplifies users' wiring.
ZYX 4.0 FIRMWARE UPDATE AND SOFTWARE
ZYX 3-axis gyro upgrade are as follows:
1: to enhance the the joystick response speed of the main rotor, the main rotor violence coefficient option to improve the performance of the flight of violence.
2: To improve the stability of the helicopter spin, enhance helicopter hovering stability.
The ZYX-S 3-axis gyro upgrade the content is as follows:
1: support the double satellite receiver or dual S-BUS receiver (sold separately expansion module: ZYX20.)

ZYX firmware restore factory setting operation step-by-step instructions
ZYX firmware reset to default instruction:
1. Using USB link to connect ZYX gyro with computer configuration software, and select the correct COM port on the configuration software. (Please note no need to click "connect" button during upgrade.)
2. Using ZYX configuration software to open ZYX firmware upgrade file.
3. Keep computer, USB link, and ZYX gyro connecting. (Note: ZYX gyro doesn't need to connect to any electric equipment.) Press "SET" button (supply power through CH 4 to ZYX)until the red light start to flash.
4. After power on, the red light keeps flashing, and press "START UPGRADE" button to enter upgrade mode.Gyro will restart automatically once succeed.
5. Please make sure your upgrade file is applicable to your gyro, otherwise, gyro will be totally damaged. No need to reset gyro after upgrade.

The ZYX 3.50 firmware optimization of content:
1.Optimize the heading hold control, eliminate bouncing when spin brake.
2.Optimize the main rotor control, eliminate swing while tic toc.
3.Accelerate the response speed of joystick, so that the helicopter can follow your hands better.
4.Optimize the pirouette compensation to make pirouette flight more stable.
5.Improve the joystick dead band setting to make stick control smoother.
During Your First Flight Attention with 3.50 Version:
1.During first flight, if there are hunting or swing with you helicopter, please decrease the D gain on corresponding axis first.
2.When tail servo is on neutral point, set the tail pitch to be approximately 8°in the direction that compensates the main rotor torque by adjusting the linkage length.
3.If the brake speed of left and right pirouette are different, please adjust the "Deceleration L" or "Deceleration R". The higher parameter value, the break will be faster.
Firmware upgrade instruction
1.Connect the ZYX gyro to PC by ZYX USB adapter,click "Connect ZYX",make sure it succeed.
2.Open the Firmware in ZYX PC software.
3.Keep the PC,USB adapter and ZYX gyro connecting.Power off ZYX gyro,press "SET" button of gyro and power on.
4.The red lamp is flashing,click "Upgrade" button to start upgrade,the ZYX gyro will restart after successful upgrade.
5.Please make sure your gyro is Tarot ZYX,otherwise the gyro will be damaged.The ZYX gyro does not need to be setup again.

ZYX axis gyroscope system offers five different flight mode selection, corresponding to different control feel, to meet beginner to advanced players with excellent control feel.
